Hey guys, i promised to explain how we already use our minds in relation to the brain, and how we can self develop, using them as tools. In the preceding article, we talked about the mind, mind control and brain training, all in introduction. If you missed it, read here.

It is supposed to be a good thing that your mind controls your actions, your life’s  decision. When an untrained mind is weighed down with the task of making constructive decisions, the brain would always act on wrong information. the fool that it is, it wouldn’t even fight it. You ll always make wrong decisions.

For example, you want to decide on a new shoe to buy at the shoe store. An untrained mind would be very indecisive. The reason is that the untrained mind is not focused. it will wander around many options making it difficult to make decisions.

‘AN ORDINARY MIND DOES LITTLE THINGS FOR BIG REWARD, AN UNTRAINED BRAIN DOES EVEN BIG THINGS FOR LITTLE REWARD’

This statement means that your brain is mostly fine. it is your mind that always needs fixing. All that your brain does is carry out the task. In the case of buying the shoes, it ll let you know if you have enough money to buy,it will tell you your size, then it will send signals to the motor parts of your body. You will then pick and go home.

This is how you already use your mind with your brain. the problem is that you do this with a sense of helplessness.

You need to get rational. Rational is used here to mean- take control.

Lets see 2 ways to focus the mind.

1. The mind calls your memories to action. All the brain does is keep the data. Hence the expressions, call to mind, come to mind, keep in mind, to have mind of, not call to brain, keep in brain. Since the brain keeps the information, you need to make sure the information needed is available as at when due, so when the mind tells the brain to remember what signal it should send, it will remember. Always keep this physical mind of yours in check.

To keep your memory straight, always task your brain. always learn new things and keep doing them. Try to keep as many numbers as possible in your memory. if you do that always your brain would see keeping decisions and development related tasks, as easy.

2. Always try to be conscious especially when you are awake. Drinking alcohol soils the brain. You can read this article to know more. This will help your mind to get the attention it needs to self develop.

THESE ARE NOT RULES, THEY ARE DEDUCTIONS FROM HUMAN BEHAVIOR

ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT DEVELOPMENT OF SELF BUILDS SELF AWARENESS TO BETTER LIVING..

Hi guys, i have always said that i WIll talk about brain training in relation to self-development. it is going to be a long set of articles. i will make it as simple and easy to understand as possible.

In this article, i will introduce you to what brain training is and why you need to teach our brain to perform only the tasks you want it to perform.

An obedient brain is a brain that has been taught through discipline, perseverance and awareness of self. We are all born with certain tendencies. these tendencies are not permanent. they can be altered.

First, the brain is just a tool that coordinates human processes. Note that what it controls are processes not the thoughts that create the signals that brains pick up to turn to processes. the brain is a slave to MIND.

Have you ever noticed that there is no mention of the brain in the bible?

MIND controls your thought processes, you control your mind, your mind controls your brain. You are in total control of your MIND, you decide what enters and what stays out. That little analysis tells you that since you control your mind [and the mind controls the brain] you can be in total control of your actions, because what you do now is as a result of what you allowed your mind to take in so you can decide to REMOVE, REPLACE, RETAIN what is already in your mind which in turn affects your actions.

Training your brain using your mind is the only way to be a better human. it is like teaching your kid to stop bed-wetting, everything you do is focused on making the kid’s brain remember, every time he is in bed, that he is not in the toilet. What happens with an undisciplined brain is that when it is supposed to act, it forgets because it is not disciplined.

if you have a temper, what happens is that when issues that make you angry come up, your brain associates them with anger, so you get angry. A brain disciplined against anger still associates those events but REMEMBERS it must not send anger signals to the carrier. The carrier probably will smile instead of getting angry.

Note though, the brain in itself is civil. It’s absolutely rational. expressively calculating in its reflexes.

i am sure you have an idea of what you will learn in these series of articles. In the next article, we will discuss the brain, the heart, the mind. how you already use them reflexively and their pros and cons. thanks guys for reading.
